HOW?!??" and slowly by time the ship consumes you and can't stop reading DJ's and fanfics about them, you discovered their ages and thought "weird but they're so cute together, plus they're fictional characters anyway so it's no big deal"
You joined the fandom and discovered that most of the people hates the ship and you started feeling guilty about shipping them cause it's pedo but you can't stop shipping it and now you're stuck in this endless cycle of "aww they're so cute but it's pedo but i couldn't stop shipping it" but by time you come to accept it and continue shipping it cause you know that they're fictional characters anyway and it's really anyone
