The car slowly pulled into the driveway to Zayn and Savannah’s. Everybody jumped out of the car and practically ran to the door. Everyone was starving and couldn’t wait to eat.
“Hi guys,” Perrie said cheerfully as she opened the door. Niall pushed right past her and ran right into the kitchen. The rest of the boys said hello before following Niall.
“Perrie!” Danielle yelled. The girls hugged each other hello and then went to the kitchen followed by Savannah.
“Okay, so where’s the food?” Niall asked, clapping his hands together, trying to get lunch served.
“Go sit at the table and I’ll bring it out,” Perrie laughed.
“No no no, you sit too, I’ll serve it,” Zayn lightly pushed Perrie towards the table and she sat down with everybody.
Zayn brought over a whole tray of burgers with fries, ketchup, potato chips, and a few other sides. Everyone dug in the second he put it on the table and every last bit of food was devoured in minutes.
“Liam, can I talk to you?” Danielle whispered in Liam’s ear, causing everybody to stop their conversation and look at them. He nodded and excused them from the table, heading to Zayn’s bathroom together.
“What’s wrong?” Liam asked concerned.
“Liam, I know your busy making your new album, and you keep saying that once it’s released that we’ll have more time to spend with each other, but it’s not true. Think about it, you’re going to be traveling all over for promotions then you have the tour. I would never ask you to give up your dream and with my schedule getting busier too, we never have time to spend with each other,” Danielle explained quietly.
“We are with each other right now, I know it’s hard, but we got through it for the Up All Night Tour, we can do it again. It only makes our relationship stronger,” Liam intertwined their fingers and tried to sooth her.
“I know, but this is the first time we were able to spend time together in what? Two months? Liam, I miss you and our schedules are getting too busy and it’s just too much.”
Liam looked up to see her nearly in tears. He gave her a quick and gentle kiss on the cheek. “So what are you saying? Are you trying to end it?” he choked on his own words, holding back the tears.
“I don’t want to just throw two years of love away, but I don’t know what else to do. We can still hangout, and maybe when things calm down again, we can get back together,” Danielle quietly cried.
“Whatever you want,” Liam was crying too. She gave him one last kiss and embraced him. The two of them just stood in each other’s arms, quietly sobbing.
