Kang Jaein (born on November 25th, 1995), known mononymously as JAE, is a French singer, rapper, dancer, actress, model, brand ambassador, producer, composer, and songwriter. She is best known as a member of the group NCT. In 2016, she debuted in the group's second sub-unit, NCT 127, with the title track 'FireTruck'.
As a songwriter, Jae has participated in writing over 65 songs in three languages, released mostly by NCT's various units and herself. In 2019, she debuted as a member of the South Korean group SuperM, produced by SM Entertainment in collaboration with Capital Records. She also released her first solo single, "Only Angel", in 2017.
