[Cristina's POV]
Crap! Crap! I looked at the clock as it buzzed for my alarm. It was 9:00am, and I have a huge meeting at 9:20. Crap! How am I going to get ready fast enough? Okay. Calm down Cristina, calm down. I jumped out of bed, ran to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and threw on the most business looking outfit I could find. It's 9:10 and it's still a 20 minute drive to work. All of a sudden my phone rings. I didn't realize it was ringing, I was to busy dancing it out to my ringtone, 'Where Does The Good Go', but then I checked who it was. The caller ID read, 'Meredith Grey'. I took about 20 seconds to decide if I should answer, but I didn't. I clicked ignore and figured I'd call her back later. I quickly put my shoes on and ran outside to my car. It's already 9:20, great. I called Shane, and told him to tell the others I would be running late. He said that it was not a problem. Guess I'm out of breath for nothing. I'm 10 minutes away, and my phone rings again. As I'm jamming out in my seat again to 'Where Does The Good Go', I look down and I realize it's Meredith again. I said out loud,
"Shit, Mer! Not the best time."
I picked up my phone to answer but it slipped out of my fingers under my seat. Great. This morning is going perfectly. I stopped at a red light and I took my seatbelt off to get my phone from under my seat. I saw the stop light turn to a green color from the corner of my eye. I got up, put my
seatbelt back on, and- *CRASH.*
