Chapter 1

Hi I'm Andie.

Nice to meet you.

I'm in year 9 at a co-education school.

Boys and girls.

I'm a girl who is shy but outgoing at school and at home I'm a hiphop dancer and I am really enthusiastic!!!!

I am tall, I have long light brown hair with a few blonde streaks and I have big brown eyes.

I have a skinny waist so I always show that off with mid-drift tops.

I don't wear them at school...

I don't want to show my other side of my personality at school.

I'm worried what people would think of me.

I just wear normal boring clothes for school.

I have never shown anyone how I dance.

Not even my parents!

I make sure no one sees.

I dance in my garage because there is nothing in there.

No cars, nothing.

My Parents park inside the garage only when it rains because they like to show off our car.

It's a nice car.

Expensive one too.

I lock the door to the garage and close windows so no one sees.

So I practise there.

I don't know why though.

If I am not going to show anyone, why dance?

Well I love to dance.

I have to dance.

Dancing is my passion!!

Born to dance!!

Everything like that.

I know that I was born to preform for people and dance!!

But why would I be if I avoid showing people my dancing!

Anyway.....

Right now I am sitting on the couch watching a movie ( step up all in )
and it's about 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

It's a Thursday afternoon.

My parents are out shopping for food while I have to look after my younger brother, max.

He is so annoying when he's around me.

But he has a friend who he hangs out with all the time.

His friends name is Ben.

They see each other at school everyday but Ben gets dropped off at our house to play with max.

Ben's mum drops him off on random afternoons and the weekends.

Every weekend.

It's okay I guess because max is not so annoying when he is with ben.

They are always playing nicely up stairs so that gives me some time to work on my dance routines.

Max is watching TV in the other room alongside ben.

I finish watching my movie and it was amazing.

I know all of the dances from it.

I watched the movie over and over to learn them.

I walk over to the DVD player and take out the movie.

I put it away and I hear a knock on the door.

I quickly run downstairs and open the door.

Bens mum.

"Hi I'm here to pick up ben" she says.

"Sure, one second" I say and I run back up stairs and get ben.

Max says his goodbyes and Ben walks downstairs with me.

"Hello sweetheart" bens mum says.

"Hello mummy" Ben says in a cute voice.

Ben and max are both Seven years old.

They go to leave but bens mum says.

"Oh I almost forgot. I wont be able to drop off Ben for a while because my husband and I are going on a business trip for about 4 weeks." She says.

"Oh okay" I say.

"Ben will be staying at his grandmothers house two blocks down so I will get my oldest son, Sean to walk Ben over here if that's okay." she finishes.

"Yes sure that's fine" I say.

"Bye" they both say and walk to their car.

"Peace, bye" I say and bens mum gives me a strange look.

That's how I always say bye.

Anyway...

As I am about to close the door bens car leaves the drive way and another arrives.

My parents.

I still talk like a HIPHOP person in front of them they don't seem to notice.

"Hey Andie, could you please help with the shopping " my mum says.

I help with the shopping and head inside.

It's 9:00 now so I decide to have an early night and go to sleep.

Those names are used in the movie step up all in.

So I decided to use those names since they are in the movie and it's a dance movie !!!!
