When Hermione got back to the Gryffindor common room, she was still shocked. Draco Malfoy. Boy, she hadn’t thought of Draco in a while. She had been very surprised to see him standing behind her in the library. When she was looking at him in the library, she had felt an urgent desire to just grab him by his green tie, pull him close and kiss him. This was why she had been in such a hurry to leave the library. She had never experienced such feelings with Ron, never felt that attraction that she had felt in a few seconds with Draco during her whole relationship with him. Of course, that was over now. They had broken up recently, as Ron had apparently fallen in love with Parvati Patil. This had hurt Hermione, but she had gotten over it quickly, after realizing that she had never really had true feelings for him, they were just emotions caused by the war and everything leading up to it. She had quickly moved on, and gotten back into her previous long-term relationship, the one that she had had since a very young age with books. But now, she was starting to want another relationship. A relationship which she had not thought to be possible in a million years. But here she was. Sitting on a common room sofa, daydreaming about a boy who used to be her bitter enemy; daydreaming of the ferret.
