I look at the brightly lit sky
I see a shooting star
I close my eyes and think of the one i love
I see no one but you
Standing there in the never ending void of darkness
Glowing brightly like an angel
Floating effortlessly like a feather
Looking back at me in a sensuous gaze
With a smile that just wipes me off my feet
Which makes me open my eyes
To see your image vanish with the shooting star
My eyes in tears
My heart shattered in disbelief
That what i just saw was just a dream!
