I was woken up by Gracie giggling. I smiled thinking it might have all just been a nightmare. "Uncle Sammy, st... stop I ca... can't breathe. It tickles." She was squealing with laughter by now.
Wait, uncle Sammy? And that's when I remembered it wasn't a nightmare. I sat straight up in bed and looked over to see Cassie asleep beside me. And saw Grace over on the other bed with Sam, and Dean was passed out on the other side of Sam on the bed.
"Ok, ok since you said the magic word." Sam said as he pouted, and stopped the tickle torture.
I smiled. "How long have you two been at this?" I asked as I turned a little to get more comfortable.
"For almost an hour." I heard Dean mumble. He sat up and slid off the bed.
I giggled a little bit. Dean looked like the living dead. His hair was sticking up in all directions. His eyes had dark circles under them from lack of sleep. Poor guy. But still sexy as hell. I thought to myself as I watched him go to the bathroom.
Sam cleared his throat. I looked over at him. "You should know that he's always thought about you. Sometimes I catch him looking at a picture on his phone he took of you that night."
My breath got caught in my throat. He took a picture of me? I blushed. "You need to talk to him about..." He said gesturing toward Grace. "He knows she's his now. I had no other choice but to tell him." Sam said softly and kept his eye on the bathroom door at the same time.
I nodded. "I will soon, promise." I said as soon as Dean walked out, freshly clean from the shower.
"Castiel brought you some clothes." Sam said after he cleared his throat to change the subject.
"Thanks." I smiled and got up myself. I grabbed my clothes and went to shower.
While I took my shower, I realized my bruises were gone. How the hell did that happen? I wondered. I got out and dried off. Put on my clothes and walked out towel drying my hair again. I had put Dean's shirt back on, but left it unbuttoned over my tank top.
I breathed a sigh of contentment. Sam rushed to shower next.
Dean was sitting at the table eating apple pie, and little Gracie was doing the same. I shook my head. "Ain't that something?" I said smiling.
Both Dean and Gracie looked up at me with smiles on their faces and crumbs on their lips.
I shook my head and giggled. "Not that I'm not totally grateful, but how did my bruises get healed so quickly? They would have been there for weeks." I said while rubbing my wrists.
"Castiel." Dean said not looking up from his pie.

After everyone showered, and got dressed Dean that He was taking us to Bobby and Ellen's.
"Who are Bobby and Ellen?" I asked as Dean opened the passenger side door for me. Sam and Cassie sat in the back with Grace in between them.
"Family." Dean said as he got behind the wheel and started up baby. "Bobby is like a father to us. Ellen is his wife. She's like a mom to us. And there's Jo, Ellen's daughter. She's like a sister to us also." Dean clarified looking right at me, before he pealed out the parking lot like a bat out of hell.
We made small talk as Grace giggle in the back listening to stories Sam was telling her.
Dean looked like he was going to have a mental break down. His brows were furrowed and he was chewing on his lower lip. His jaw muscles working overtime. He looked over at me as if he was going to say something, but then decided against it.
"What do ya wanna know?" I sighed as I looked over at him. I knew he was wanting to talk and ask about Grace. I just don't know if I wanna tell him just yet. He was suppose to have been dead. He told he didn't have much longer to live. So I feel shocked that he's alive.
He licked his lips. "She has my eyes." He said as he looked over at me again. I nodded. "She loves apple pie too." He chuckled that time. Again I nodded. "She's beautiful, Aurora." He sighed.
"Thanks. She is her daddy's daughter." I said shaking my head. "Just say it, Dean." I said feeling like the next thing that's going to come of his mouth is going to change everything.
"About that. I've missed five years of her life Aurora. Don't you think I deserved to know that I am a father?" He asked. Pain clearly in his voice, and hurt in his eyes. "All you had to do was call." His hands tightened on the steering wheel.
Ok I deserved that. "Yes. But I thought you were dead, Dean. You told me that you didn't have much longer to live, in a note. What was I suppose to have done? Yea you gave me numbers. How was I to know you weren't dead?" I said as my voice got shaky at the end.
How dare he get mad at me. I was just doing what I thought was right. "I didn't even know you were still alive, until Sam talked about you in present tense." I said hurt flooding my heart.
He was silent. Looking stone faced as I told him how I felt.
"You're right, Rory." Dean said after a long moment of silence. "I'm sorry." He said as he grabbed my hand and caressed the top with his thumb. "There is a lot of stuff I need to tell you." He said as he looked in the rear view mirror. "Alone."
I nodded.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I must have fallen asleep cause the next thing I knew I was being gently shook awake. "We're almost there." Dean said as I raised up and looked out the window.
We were diving on a dirt road, and I saw a sign that said "Singer Salvage Yard." and lots of cars. There was rows of crushed cars stacked on crushed cars, and other scrap metal laying around in piles. In the center was this huge two story house. I saw a few other buildings scattered around.
The house was huge. It looked old and the blue paint is chipping in places. Other than that it looked safe, and homey.
When we pulled up, I saw a woman bent over a hood of a car. She had long wavy blond hair, and wearing jeans and a flannel shirt. She turned around to see who pulled up into the drive way.
She had grease smeared on her cheek, and some in the fringe around her face. She smiled brightly showing a set of perfect white teeth. She threw down the rag she used to clean her hands the best she could and ran over to the car.
Dean parked and turned off baby. Everyone getting out of the car at once. "Dean, Sam." She squealed and she launched herself at them.
"Jo." They said in unison. After they hugged her back.
"What brings you all out this way?" She asked after she pulled away from Sam. "Is there a job close by?" She asked again with her brows furrowed.
"No. No job." Dean said smiling over at me. "Just need a safe place for a while."
That's when she noticed Cassie, Grace, and myself. Grace rugged on Sam's shirt. "Uncle Sammy. I'm scared." Grace said with her lip quivering.
Sam picked her up and held her close. "There is nothing to be scared of here, Gracie. I promise." Sam said as he kissed her cheek.
"Uncle Sam?" Jo said shocked. Looking between the four of us for an explanation.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After meeting Jo, and her walking back to her car, Dean introduced us to Bobby, and Ellen.
All four of us was sitting on the couch, and Grace was sitting on my lap. Ellen was leaning against the door frame that led into the kitchen her arms crossed, with a slight smile on her face.. Bobby was pacing back and forth, one hand rubbing his beard every now and then. "No disrespect for you Aurora," he said to me kindly then turned his full attention to Dean.
"Are you out of your damn head, ya idjit?" Bobby said strained. "Didn't I raise ya better than that? What was thinking?" He said as he sat down on the chair in front of us.
Dean sat up straighter. "I was thinking I only had three days left to live, Bobby. So I decided to have one of the best nights of my life before the lights went out. I wanted to feel normal for once." He said as his voice kept getting sadder. "I didn't want to think about what was going to happen to me." He shivered.
Bobby sighed. "Awe Dean." Bobby shook his head. He pulled his ball cap off and rubbed his head, then slid it back into place.
Grace being Grace, crawled over onto Dean's lap and hugged him. "It's ok daddy. I forgive you." She whispered. "You are here now. That's all that matters, right mommy?" She said looking at me.
I smiled at her. "Right, Gracie." I said looking in Dean's eyes. Also forgiving him silently.
He let out a breath like he's been holding it for a long time. And smiled at me.
Castiel took that Moment to show up.
