You, to me, will always be a beautiful memory,
Memory with clouded intent in my mind.
Forever in my mind and in my heart will be what we had
What we wanted- what we hoped for,
What we dreamed about that night on the floor,
Something so much bigger than tus or the distance
That would grow infinitely between us
Across this world,
Separating the fingers that longed to touch tips.
Forever in my mind what we lost,
What we gained,
What remains when the cord is cut
But you've no one left to call.
I call your name.
Forever in my heart what we felt,
What we didn't,
With eachother.
We felt fireworks and tears and tips of trembling virgin gingers-
And the horrid hand the gods dealt.
We did not feel love, or so you felt.
You, to me, are trapped in not so pleasant memory,
The reasons you stick not to known to me.
You are there though- so to see beauty I will try,
Or else fade me to memory.
