starry Nights under the stars,
on your rooftop when you're alone.

just don't check your phone.

I know you'll have my pictures,

All week long when you'd visit
halls and rooms or cafes and your store,

Mondays when you visit the town library,
Don't search for books about love and wars.

for if you do, I'll simply ignore.

Tuesdays when you pass by the florist,
don't stop or search new flowers.

or remember our sweet hours.

Wednesdays when you'll have your lunch
Don't wait for me to sit beside you.
Remember my words, move on
I won't be there to help you through .

Thursdays during the classes
don't remember how we used to sit together,
mark my words, don't miss me
because I won't stay with you forever.

Fridays as you walk to your home
don't stop by the streets where we had walks and talks late at nights

don't miss our kisses and fights.

Saturdays when you move out,
have fun with your friends and pals.
mark my words never pause again
to check for my texts or calls.

finally on Sundays when you stay in
don't just lie and stare at your ceilings.
remember my words, move on
and give time to your feelings.

all I intend is to say to you
life goes on and you must go with the flow,
though I ain't with you anymore
but you are forever in my heart
you must know
I was always the one
but the time has come
for you to realise
that you must let me go.
