I've been struggling with pretty bad writers block for Greyscale and I just sort of avoided it because it was so depressing not being able to write anything lol. So to get my mind back into the mode of writing, I was playing around with the idea of something new. It was originally only supposed to be like three chapters but I really enjoyed the plot and writing it was a lot of fun so I've expanded it and made it a full length novel! This is my very first time writing something that isn't teen fiction so I'm excited at how it will end up. This story is being categorised as Paranormal and Mystery but really it's a mix of a lot of genre's. The beginning might be a little slow as it's all character development but it will pick up pace with all the creepy things after a couple of chapters so don't worry. Please leave any feedback or constructive criticism below and I hope you enjoy! :3

Rated PG13 for some swearing.

STORY DESCRIPTION

Unlike her twin sister, Lera Petre isn't too happy when her family moves back to Clearford, the home they left behind years ago. Very soon, rumours begin sweeping the town: strange deaths have been occurring with only one common detail – Atlas Sinclair's presence.

With scars intertwining around his entire body, hardened dark eyes and a voice nobody had heard in almost a decade, the tragic story of Atlas is well known. Expecting him to end up as twisted as his father, everyone blames him for the recent deaths.

Except for Lera.

When her sister is brutally murdered and the only clue is Atlas, she enlists his help and the two teenagers embark on a mission to find out the truth. But as they are about to uncover, something far sinister than either of them can possibly imagine is prowling the town, killing off Clearfords' residents. Can they put together the fragments of a curse they barely understand before the time runs out? Will they understand why they feel as though they are never alone, with something unseen lurking in the air around them?

But most importantly, can they find the hunter before they too become the prey?
