Officers in chief were getting confused about the initial problem. They totally don't know what to decide. A thousand of soldiers died because of the scrimmage happened in the heart times of the war. Americans were in mourning, but for the future, it's the peace and freedom of the whole world. Poor soldiers for they sacrifice themselves in every bullet of guns, every guides and ways to catch success. They truly offer their lives for the peace and unity of the people.
