The set was crazy. People running around frantic, carrying armfuls of various equipment, all committed to one task: serving Olivia. She kept yelling out instructions and directing people to  perform them to her liking. Her face tightened up and her nose scrunched as she began to become frustrated as time went on.

"She's something, isn't she?" A voice suddenly spoke from behind me. I turned my head to the side slightly and saw the guy Tyler, whom I had met in the trailer.

"Quite frightening actually." I laughed. He smiled, his eyes lighting up. He shook his head slightly and looked back at the set.

"It's a crazy life we live. Doing this," He motioned to the set, "really does make life interesting. But it can also be tiresome. Olivia has been very tired." He grimaced. "She really needed you here." He looked me in the eyes for a few seconds, before Olivia called him back to the set. "That's my cue. I'll see you in a bit." He smiled again and took one last look at me before making his way towards Olivia. Then I watched as they performed the scene a few times. Olivia continually correcting them, making sure everything was how she wanted it to be.

Eventually, everything was to Olivia's liking and everyone finally got to go home. Instantly Olivia came to my side and latched our arms together.

"We're going out for dinner to celebrate." She beamed. "You just watched the final scene we needed to film for the first episode of season 2! Now, I also have a surprise for you." She nodded towards the two guys walking over to us, Dylan and Tyler. "They're coming too." She grinned.

"No, Liv, no! I told you not to do this." I whined.

"Oh well, too late. You'll like him, Jill. I've heard some great things about him." She winked.

"Oh Liv, ew." I pretended to puke, then she slapped my shoulder.

"Shut up, here they are." She let go of my arm and walked over to meet them. She laid a quick kiss on Dylan's lips before latching onto his arm. "Let's get going, I'm starving!"

Olivia and I stopped home quickly before going to the restaurant. She said we had to change into nicer outfits and apply more make-up. Her exact words were "to look rich". I put on a silky plum colored dress with a simple, small diamond necklace I had gotten for my 21st birthday the year prior. I applied as much make-up as I possibly could without looking like I caked my face. I put a few loose curls into my hair on the ends, but besides that basically left my hair the same. I finished before Liv, so I sat waiting in the kitchen for her, when the door bell rang.

"Oh shit, they're here! Jill, can you get the door? I'll be done in a few seconds!" Olivia shouted from her room.

"Yeah sure." I walked towards the front door and opened it to see Tyler standing right in front of me, dressed to the nines. He was wearing a black suit jacket and pants, with a very dark grey shirt on underneath. His hair was slicked back, showing his facial features more. I struggled to keep my mouth closed, to be completely honest. His eyes focused on mine, as they seemingly always were.

"Liv's just finishing up. Come on in." I opened the door wider and stepped to the side. Tyler made his way to the living room, and then I saw Dylan who must've been standing behind him. His suit was light grey, with a white under shirt and a skinny black tie. His hair was styled up. He stood planted in the doorway, his eyes quickly tracing my body. I quickly put my arm across my body in slight embarrassment from his staring. His eyes quickly found their way to mine and then they fell towards the floor out of his own embarrassment. He walked past me quickly following Tyler towards the couch. I shut the door and breathed out, then followed them myself. Olivia took a few more minutes, in the mean time we sat in silence. When she finally did exit her room, she looked beautiful. Perfect make-up, perfect hair, and a perfect dark green dress that not everyone could pull off, but she did. Dylan rose to meet her and gave her a quick kiss.

"You look great." He smiled.

"Thanks, Dyl." She turned and looked at me and Tyler. "I'm so sorry I made you wait! But now let's go eat!" We all got up and followed her towards the car that Dylan had driven over. We hopped in and began to drive over to the fancy restaurant that Olivia talked about the whole ride there.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We arrived at a very upscale restaurant, Providence, located only a few blocks away from the set. Once we were seated, Olivia quickly put her hand on Dylan's across the table. I glanced from the side of my eye to see Dylan smile slightly. I then glanced down at my menu. I felt a pang of jealousy wash over me. This feeling didn't leave throughout the whole dinner.

"Well, that was delicious!" Olivia grinned. "However, let's go get some drinks. I'm not ready to go home yet."

"We have work tomorrow. You're going home." Dylan stated. She looked up at Dylan and kissed his cheek.

"You're right, babe." She smiled. "Can you take me and Jill home?"

"Yeah, don't worry about. Let's go." He lead us to the car with Liv on his side, Tyler and myself following.

The ride home was quiet since the mouth of the group, Olivia, fell asleep. It was a peaceful silence, I was enjoying it. I stared out at the night life walking through Los Angeles. It made me feel calm for some reason. When I finally looked away from the window I noticed Tyler had fallen asleep as well. It was now just Dylan driving, with me in the back seat. The silence then became awkward. I saw him glance at me through the rearview mirror.

"You look beautiful." He whispered so softly that I could barely hear it. I looked down at my hands and smiled. "I'm sorry if that was creepy. I just--I just had to tell you since Tyler didn't."

"Thanks." I whispered. The rest of the ride we sat in silence, but it no longer felt awkward and I had a smile on my face the whole way home.
