Chapter 1
"Hey my beautiful Annabel," I smiled at my phone.
It was from Jonah Green, my amazing yet very mysterious boyfriend. We have been dating for a few months now, and he is perfect. Almost too perfect. I feel like he is hiding something from me, something that makes him so at ease with everything.
"Hey, what's up :)" I reply dazed, like I am every morning after he messages me.
"Just thinking about you, and that you better be free tonight.." I check my phone's calender, nothing happening today. I smile, and return to his message.
"I'm free, and am more then willing to cut classes too, so we can spend the day." I chuckle knowing exactly what he will say.
"Thought you would say that Snickers, that's why we have reservations at Benny's for breakfast. I beam from ear to ear at the thought of my nickname. Jonah got the name Snickers for me after our first date, when he got me a Snickers bar, and I screamed in excitement.
"At Benny's really?? It's so hard to get a reservation there, how did you do it?" I couldn't stop smiling, Jonah really was like my prince in shinning armor.
''Nothing is too hard to do for my Anna. I'll pick you up around 8:45, our reservations at 9." Only 45 minutes, alright that will have to do. I began to reply when Jonah messaged me again.
"Oh and I don't care how you look, your always beautiful in my eyes." I feel those butterflies again. The ones that make me feel like I am the luckiest girl in the world. And I am. I laugh, but also wonder how weird it is that I was just thinking about how I will look when he mentions it. Oh well, must just be a coincidence. But I know in the back of my head, that's not it. There is a lot more to Jonah, then he is telling me, and I am determinded to figure it out.
''See you then babe, can't wait.'' I threw my phone on the bed, and skipped to the bathroom, excited for the day ahead.
