One Less Lonely Girl
She walks alone on a lonely street
Her talks, way too discreet
Her now cautious ways reminds me
Of what she used to be
Her eyes used to sparkle every time
When a new cloud of emotions came by
She used to let her inhibition fall down
And give a smile to everyone around
She was liked and loved by all
But that was before she had her fall
She has now turned into an alien being
As though a pearl losing its silver sheen
Her heart and soul shows those mighty scars
That tore her inside, way too far
She can't just let go of everything
What remained of her old feelings
Her hands showed those miserable lines
That she tried to change in all those times
Was it in her destiny
A life not so easy?
She looked around tried to gaze
Suspicious of everything, but herself
Her eyes tingles when she remembers
What she was under, the skin of hers
She tried her best to move on
But stings of past were not so fast gone
She tried to run, She tried to hide
But nothing can help her, until she fought the demons inside
Forgive and forget she had to do
To get rid of the pain and hurt too
But easier said than done
She tries but hardly overcomes
She weeps for the one last time
Tired of her ongoing fight
Now she has her hands on the gun
This is would be the end, all done
She, determined, pulls the trigger
It hit her hard her heartbeats meager
She gave into the peace descended
With open welcoming arms, she embraces
For once she's at peace
In her never ending stupor, she sleeps...
