My mouth hung open in shock.

"with Roman?" I asked the kid and he nodded. "Did you see more?"

"Well, I was going to talk to her," he said shyly and I raised an eyebrow. "Not like that," he said quickly. "I admire her for standing up to everyone and I wanted to tell her because she looked like she was having a bad day. So when I saw her walking out I tried to catch up with her but that douche pushed out of the way," he said angrily.

"Then what happened?" I pushed on.

"Then I walked out and saw him talking to her. They left together. I don't know what they were talking about but I know they were talking to each other. I'm pretty sure the school cameras should've caught it and the police should've looked it over," he said seriously.

He's right. The tape should've caught them leaving and Roman should be under serious questioning but he isn't. How is that possible?

"The only way for him to be able to get out of it is getting the tape...or inside help," he told me and it clicked.

"Officer Peters!" I yelled.

"What?" He asked obviously confused.

"Kid! You possibly just saved Alex's life! I owe you! If anyone gives you shit then you tell me, okay," I yelled to him as I started to run out of the school. I was going to the Clubhouse where all the guys should be. They can help me come up with a plan.

I pulled up to the Clubhouse and burst through the gate to find the guys lounging around.

"GUYS! I think I just found Alex," I breathed out.

*Alex's POV*

"I want you to listen to me from now on," Roman said. I didn't make any attempt to move or acknowledge him. He sighed loudly and gripped my arm tightly. I hissed in pain as he yanked me to my feet. "Stop being a stubborn bitch," he spat.

"Let go," I whimpered. "Please?" I begged as a tear started to make it's way out. I was feeling weak. I barely got fed and I'm often used a punching bag. Let's just say I have no more strength, energy, or will to fight back anymore. All my hope is lost and I don't know what to do. "Please," I barely managed to choke out.

"Hey," He said, trying to sound stern but his voice started to drop. I refused to look up at him. He gripped my arm tighter and I yelped.

"Stop!" I yelled. I looked up to see his menacing eyes. "Let go!" I yelled and tried to pry his hand off me.

"Fine," he said coldly and shoved me away. I stumbled back and hit my side on the dresser. I dropped to the ground and brought my knees up to my chest. Please go away, I chanted in my mind.

"I'm letting you sleep in bed with me tonight. You better be good," he warned and I slowly nodded. I know you're probably thinking that I should come up with a smart remark about that but I can't handle being beaten and sent to the basement tonight.

"ROMAN!" We both turned our heads to see Jake standing there looking distressed. "My mom! She needs her medicine dude! They said it wasn't paid for when I went to pick it up!" He said quickly and ran his hands through his hair.

"I know. I didn't pay for it this time." Roman said cooly and Jake's jaw dropped. "You're starting to turn on me, why should I?" He scoffed.

"SHE'S GOING TO DIE IF I DON'T GET IT! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! SHE'S ALL I HAVE!" Jake's voice started to crack.

"Your problem, not mine," Roman said carelessly. I saw the tears start to form in Jake's eyes as he violently wiped them away. I felt sorry for him. Is this why he won't let me go? Well if I'm stuck here forever then I might as well do some good.
