Everything About You: Chapter 23

June's P.O.V.

"Is she ok?" Louis's voice echoed in the back round. I tried opening my eyes, but I couldn't, my body wouldn't listen to my mind. I didn't want to see Louis any way, he didn't want to save me, he hated me.

"She should be waking up any minute now?" A mans voice rang out, I didn't recognize it but assumed it was the doctors. I squirmed, and then my eyes fluttered open, I blinked multiple times to adjust to the light.

Once my eyes stopped burning I looked around the room, then they landed on Louis.

Pain flashed across my eyes, then I pushed it down, I couldn't show him I was weak. I sat up, and coughed, Immediately my hand was snatched inside of Louis's hand, and he was staring worriedly into my eyes.

"Are you ok June?" Louis asked, staring intently into my eyes. I squirmed under his look, and tried my best to hide my feelings, but I was sure he could see right through me.

"Y-Yes" I croaked, my throat was dry and itchy. He reached over and handed me a glass of water. I gladly took it and gulped it down in only two sips.

"Thanks," I muttered looking away from his gaze.

"Louis where are th-" I started to say but was cut off by Louis's lips crashing to mine, hard. I widened my eyes shocked.

Why is he kissing me? He hates me? Why would he kiss me? He pulled away after a minute when I wasn't responding to his kisses.

"June I-"

"No, Louis this isn't right, your dating Shea," I said cutting him off. He shook his head, and sighed.

"The reason I did all those, terrible cruel things, was not because I hate you, or not because of Shea." He said, his fingers held my chin, forcing me to look at him.

"It's because I was drugged, some one had put drugs into my system and had made me act that way," Louis explained. My mind wandered to the holes on his neck, that's where they had injected it. I couldn't believe this! It must have been Shea.

"Shea! I knew we couldn't trust her! Is she in jail yet?" I asked rushed, my fingers brushed across the little punctures in his neck, purple out lined them, making them more visible.

"No, June, we don't know who it is, it could be Shea but we just don't know," He said frustrated, he ran a hand over his face and sighed.

"Louis, what you did-"

"I know! It was wrong! I wasn't even conscious of what I was doing!!! I had fainted, then woken up once you had already left!" He said, his hand  pressed against his forehead and his elbow on his knee.

"Let's just forget this," I muttered, I sat up even further placing my hands against my face. My hands were cool against my hot face.

I must be getting a fever, I looked at my arm and saw an I.V.and another needle in me. Suddenly I felt light headed and tired. I yawned, and Louis looked up at me.

"You should get some rest," Louis said, he patted my hand and smiled. He stood up, and walked to the door, but turned around when he got there.

"God Night, June," Louis whispered, he blew me a kiss, and that only seemed to make me more tired. I snuggled into the blanket and pillow, closing my eyes and drifting to sleep.

Louis's P.O.V.

I quietly shut the door behind me, and walked to the waiting room. Everyone seemed to be exhausted, with dark circles under there eyes. I sat down next to Niall, and opposite of Shea, she slumped further in her seat.

"How is she?" Liam asked worriedly. I sighed looking at him.

"Honestly? Not very good, she had just woken up and then she was already tired, now she's sleeping." I said, I twiddled my fingers and tried to avoid Shea's stare. Suddenly she stood up.

"Going to the bathroom," She muttered then swiftly left the room, as if in a rush.

"What's up with her?" Harry asked, I shrugged and continued twiddling my fingers.

"So . . . ." Zayn said after a minute of silence.

"Who wants to go to the snack machine with me?" Niall blurted, everyone raised there hand, including me.

"Instead let's go to the cafeteria," I said, remembering most hospitals had those. I stood up as well as the boys, and we made our way to the cafeteria.

When we got there we all got a donut and some coffee. We made our way back to the waiting room, and munched silently. A doctor rushed over, looking worried.

"June seems to have formed a severe fever," He said, he looked at his clip bored intently.

"When did this happen?" I asked.

"We last checked on her 10 minutes ago, the doctor said, he wrote something on his clip board then put it lower to look at me.

"We'll do another test in an hour, until then we need to wait for the medicine we gave her to get in her system," The doctor said then he turned and walked away, his white coat trailing behind him.

"Wow a fever, who knows how that could have happened," Harry said, I sighed slumping down in my chair and getting a little snooze.

After an hour, I had been bored 50 minutes ago, and I just couldn't take it any more. The hospitals whit walls and white carpet was helping either.

I sat down and covered my face with my hands. Sighing loudly. Suddenly a doctor rushed out of June's room, coming straight to us. He looked panicked and worried. Who knows why?

"She's . . . . .S-She's . . . . " The doctor stuttered, Niall stood up.

"Just tell us!" Niall said flustered.

"She's Missing!" The doctor said, I felt my heart stop and then I turned and looked behind him, but there was no June, not even a bed.

My breathing quickened, and my heart pounded.

How could she be missing? She has a bloody fever!!!! She could barely stay awake when I was in there, let alone walk!

How could this have happened? I should've stayed with her! I shouldn't have left her alone! Now she's missing! And I don't know if we'll be able to find her in this unknown state! But you know what the peculiar think was . . . . . .

Shea was no where to be found . . . . .
