A new twist to the classic Granger family reunion stories! Hermione's managed to get out of the reunions, thanks to school, and some "job stuff", but this year, she hasn't got an excuse!
When Hermione woke the next morning, her first thought was to go back to bed, until the she remembered what she had promised Ron the night before. Of course, after that, she couldn't sleep, as she had to make sure that her foul extended family was going to suffer.
So, she dragged herself out of bed, and stumbled into the bathroom. After a quick shower, she felt a lot better, and a lot more determined, especially now that she had many plans. While she was quite sure that she seemed very childish, and her thirst for revenge was petty, she couldn't help herself. They'd crushed her childhood, and now, they were trying to destroy any happiness and confidence that she'd gotten from being with Ron. Therefore, she had sworn to Merlin that she would make them pay- in the least evil way possible, though. She was no sadist.
When she was done with her shower-plotting, she quickly changed into the outfit that she had selected the previous night. It included a baby pink top, bootcut jeans, and a simple pair of heels. She didn't know the agenda for the day, so going casual seemed wise.
