Hi! This is a 'Once Upon a Time' (as in the TV show) fanfic.. well actually, it's practically the same with a few slight, unnoticable changes and only one cut-out scene (the fist scene - the date). I wrote what happens in the tv show down and tried to catch every word, so sorry if there are mistakes! This WAS NOT really written by me, but by the person who wrote the original for the tv show, so full credit goes to them. This is just for people like me who prefer to read than watch a screen, so I hope you enjoy :) -unknown_author

P.S --- means that it's still in the same world, but a different scene and *** means it's the other world

The prince rode down the rocky path, a winding river on either side of him and mountains surrounding him. He kicked his white stead so that it would run faster, as his red cape blew behind him. He reached the muddy forest that lay ahead, having no idea where he was going, but needing to get there as quickly as possible. His horse ran on through the twisted roots that stuck up from the ground and the mossy vines that hung from trees with heights that seemed to reach the sky. Finally he felt snow breaking through them, and knew he was close. He jumped off his horse and walked the rest on foot. No more than fifty meters ahead of him was what he had been searching for. Seven dwarfs crowded around a fallen tree. Upon his arrival, the dwarf with the white beard and round spectacles turned.

“You’re too late,” he said sadly, stepping aside. There, in the hollow trunk of a fallen tree lay the most beautiful woman the prince had ever seen. Her hair was as black as ebony, her lips as red as a rose, and her skin as white as the flakes of snow that fell delicately onto the glass coffin covering her. The price looked at her in horror.

“No,” he whispered. “No!” He ran to her side, but saw the dwarf wasn’t lying when her once red lips were already turning blue.

“Open it,” he pleaded.

“I’m sorry,” the dwarf with a dark brown beard and a beanie said. “She’s gone.”

The prince looked once more at her. “At least let me say good-bye,” he said. The dwarfs sighed sadly, but lifted the glass case wrapped with tree roots and set it aside. The prince knelt down and bent over her, placing a gentle kiss on her icy-cold lips. A huge gust of wind suddenly blew around them, whistling as the trees danced to its music, and her lips immediately warmed. The prince jumped back in alarm and the once thought to be dead girl inhaled deeply and opened her eyes, which were as green as the snow-covered grass.

“You...” she whispered. The prince’s smile could not have been bigger. She placed a hand on his cheek. “You found me.”

“Did you doubt I would,” the prince smiled as she sat up.

“Truthfully, the glass coffin gave me cause,” she replied.

“Well you never have to worry. I will always find you,” the prince said, still unable to believe his eyes.

“Do you promise?” she asked.

---

“I do,” the prince said.

“And do you, Snow White, promise to take this man to be your husband and love him for all eternity?” the priest asked.

“I do,” Snow White said. She wore a classic white dress and her hair was pinned up with little flowers. Her lips were their natural shade of red. The whole kingdom had come to see this wedding and the prince had worn his best golden outfit with a snow-white cape.

“I know pronounce you husband and wife,” the priest said and a loud cheer rippled through the church. The happy couple leaned in to have their first kiss as husband and wife but a loud bang stopped them. The church door slammed open and there stood a woman dressed fully in black. An evil smile played on her painted lips.
