Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
Your eyes full of mischief
& with promises which made me believe
That dreams will come true
That I will feel something new
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
How you used to tease
And won't stop until I say please
That please was never a no
Because I never wanted to let you go
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
All the times that we used to chatter
On the topics that don't even matter
It just felt good to hear your voice
That overshadowed all the noise.
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
All the places which we saw
From the sunrise on the hill
To the beauty of forest raw
When am with you
A place without color
Looks beautiful and full of vigor
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
How you said to me
That you don't have long to live
That there is a disease that makes you terminally ill
And I just stood there looking shocked
Thinking how can such magnificent love of mine rock
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
How I prayed to god
How I fought with him
How I wish to change things on my will
But I wasn't just accepting the truth
That your condition was terminal
That our time together was minimal.
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
That I have to forget you
That I have to move on
But how can I forget you
When every place reminds me of you
But how can I move on
When every step I take make me feel presence of you
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
I cannot help but remember.
That you are watching from heaven
And you may think I am craven
But I love you too much to let you go
Someday may be I will love again
And may have happiness to show
But until then I am
Walking along those roads,
Which we walked together
