Black hair, blue eyes, pale skin the words to describe an appearance can be so vague but so informative at the same time. She moves like water, smooth and quiet. She speaks only when spoken to why? No one knows, that’s just how she is. The other kids at school think she’s strange with her mysterious smirk that seems to grace her almost flawless face and her lack of communication. She knows things they don’t know, things they will never understand but she will. She has information about the world around them, she see’s what their limited sight cannot see; the creatures that walk the earth and wander on the same plain as her fellow students.

Nova.

 Chapter one

He watched her as she silently moved across the field, such a strange yet captivating girl. Deon had know her for years now, she was still the same no friends, no boyfriend. She was strange but yet every time he saw her he couldn’t look away; her long black hair was in a braid down her left shoulder, contrasting well with her pale skin and the green top she wore the pair of jean shorts she wore showed off her toned legs. He didn’t understand why she was the way she is he thought she could get every guy in the school if she wanted they were certainly waiting for the day she changed her mind and decided to date. Yet there he stood staring at her yet again as she crossed his path the smirk she wore already in place, he couldn’t help but want to know what put that smile on her face every day.

‘’ Deon, dude your never gonna get her, she’s way to hot and freaky.’’ David one of Deon’s closest said smiling

‘’yeah I know but there’s just something about her man’’

‘’ I know man we all know’’ the two walked off together as the bell for homeroom rang loudly. Deon couldn’t help but think about her as they sat through homeroom. How could he get her to talk to him?
