Explanation of verses:
Verse 1- It's about Francis and Mary, my OTP for this show. Frary <4
Verse 2- About Mary being able to break the arrangement with France to marry Francis, so that she could marry Tomas from Portugal to help her [Mary] country fight against the English if need be since they're at the border. The "brute" was Tomas after they found out what he was really like and the arrangement with France was back on after they found out what happened to the French men that died and who was behind it.
Chorus- It was about Clarissa, she's been helping Mary.
Bash's [replaces Kimbra] Part- It's when he was bedridden because he got stabbed and when Lola goes in to get an update on his condition.
