Petey the Pup

Petey the Pup went for a walk,

Without his leash...

Petey saw his owners running towards him,

So he decided to run too!

Come back Petey! I've got a treat for you!

Petey the pup was having fun, running down the sidewalk,

but then he caught a whiff,

of a bunny!

Sniff! Sniff! Sniff!

Went Petey the pup as he followed the trail,

All the way into the woods!

Hop! Hop! Hop! went the bunny,

Straight into a hole!

Petey tried to follow, but he couldn't fit!

Petey didn't know where he was at, 

So he turned around and sat.

Ruff! Ruff! Ruff! went Petey the pup,

till he heard his owner's yell,

"There he is!"

And safely they went home.
