After Flowey was defeated, there wasn't much left in the Underground. Most monsters were dead. Others were clinging onto life. The six souls Flowey had obtained spread out to inhabit a body, any nearest one. The first, yellow, stands for justice. It went to the dust left from the King's body, as when all monsters die, they turn into dust. The next soul, green, stands for kindness. This went to the royal scientist, Doctor Alphys. Then, the purple soul, for perseverance. This traveled through the ruins and fell into the dust of Toriel, Ex-Queen of the Underground. Light blue, for patience, went the Great Papyrus. Blue went to Sans, which stands for integrity. Orange, for bravery, went to head of the royal guard, Undyne. And lastly, red, for determination. It stayed in me, because I am full of it. I AM determination. And I am the strongest being here with it...
