Supernatural Events

Before I begin...

Let me start off by saying both sides of my family (mainly more on my mom's side) has a long line of psychic/paranormal experiences, contact and occurrences.

So this makes me ponder.. What is it about my family that attracts this type of stuff?

Is this passed down from generation to generation somehow? Is there a "paranormal-psychic" gene that's coursing through our bodies? Is it a curse? Is it a blessing? Are we cursed with a blessing??

I know my family isn't the only family in the world who are like this, I just find it amusing that this is something we all have/experienced. Spirit encounters are always a hot topic when we have family get togethers/reunions.

I wonder if my ancestries were like this as well when gathered with family.

Maybe that's how telling ghost stories around campfires started.
Way back then, it was probably just the norm, talking about spirit encounters.

Now we tell them for spooky scares.

Anyways, some of these stories aren't too scary, now that I look back at the memories. But in the heat of the moment, right then and there, I was definitely scared stiff.

Not everything here will be spirit or ghost encounter type stuff. Psychic abilities are a family trait as well.
