They somehow made that work for their 10 year friendship.

They had 5 rules to their friendship, and that's what made them stay strong.
Number 1 • No forcing the other to do anything, which was mostly for Zoey's benefit.
Number 2 • Always back each other up, no matter what.
Number 3 • Never go back on plans, unless we 100% have to.
Number 4 • Never lie to each other.
And finally, number 5, the most important one.
• Never cross the friendship line.
They'd lived by those rules for 10 years, but now they're adults, going out into the big bad world, starting jobs and their lives.
Adulthood is hard enough without all those complicated feelings coming into play.
