Prologue ~

The judge looked from the prosecutor to my lawyer and internee.

Then, he banged his hammer and said, "Sara Anderson is required to live, until she turns legally 18, with her father David Anderson, in Dayton, Iowa."

Or something resembling that, I I heard was the outline of what the judge said as I sat frozen in my seat.

We had lost the case...

And I had to go spend the rest of my time in Iowa until I was 18.

A chill swept through me, the last time I was there... I didn't even want to think about it. I proved them wrong.

All of them.

I knew what I was going to do.

I was going to keep my head high, and walk straight back into their lives.

And give them all Hell.
