He doesn't do those things.
Well, he didn't.
Because sometimes when you move a pencil a certain way, it becomes bendy.
And that's what happened when Niall met Louis.
Niall met Louis at a deli. A cute little deli, hidden between all the big brand names on a busy street in London. Louis payed for Niall's soup since he was just three dollars short. When Niall looked him in the eyes to say thank you,

Niall had hoped that was a one time thing.
It wasn't.
Niall thought about Louis.
All the time.
When he's cooking.
When he's watching TV.
When he's doing laundry.
Even when he's picking out what to wear for the day.
He just couldn't get that stupid smile out of his head.
Because its a bit hard to forget something that flipped your life upside down.
Sometimes if you move the pencil at the exact right speed, it looks like waves.
The second time Niall ran into Louis was at a toy store.
Niall was looking for something for his nephew.
Louis was looking for something for well, Louis.
This time, Niall was smart enough to ask for his cell number.
In his head, he told himself it's because he thought Louis was a cool guy.
That's not why.
He wants to go on date with Louis.
He wants to spend time with Louis.
He wants to know how Louis does what he does to Niall.
When Niall woke up with sticky sheets for the fourth time in a week, he was afraid.
He's afraid because, well, the dream was about Louis.
And Louis was a male.
And Niall doesn't want Louis like that.
Talking to Louis everyday became normal for Niall.
Hanging out with Louis every few days became normal for Niall.
Wanting to be more than friends with Louis became normal for Niall.
Except it wasn't normal.
If you try to bend a pencil to far, eventually, it'll snap.
Niall knew what it was.
He knew he wouldn't last long.
The thing is, he didn't want it.
Well of course he wanted it, he just didn't WANT it.
But he really does WANT it.
He's in a bit of denial, you see.
And he's a bit frustrated.
Actually, a lot frustrated.
And Louis noticed.
That's when Niall snapped.
He can't control himself; screaming, throwing his hands up, crying.
Louis sat and watched.
When Niall finished, Louis only hugged him.
Niall cried harder when Louis asked him why.
But when Niall's answer came, Louis was beyond overjoyed.
"Because I'm in love with you, Louis."
