Chapter 6

I realized that I haven't done a chapter through Tyler's POV and this chapter will be perfect for it so yeah!

Tyler's POV

All my anger,pain and resentment towards Luca ceased the moment he crushed his lips to mine. At first I was shocked, I didn't know how to react but after I moved my lips in sync with his and things became.. heated.

His hand was slowly moving up my thigh before he randomly jumped back. He just stood there with a confused/annoyed look painted on his face. Then his face dropped and he looked right at me. His face was a mixture of shock and worry. "What happened?" I asked shakily. He was worrying me. Out of no where he grabs my arm and starts pulling me out the classroom. Not this again. I snatched my arm back. "Tell me what happened before you go dragging me around the place again!" I demanded. He looked at me worryingly.

"It's your sister"

"What do you mean my sister?" I responded warily. "Something happened to her in the woods, we need to get back to the pack house asap" he replied.

No.

I ran out the room. Luca right behind me. I was nearing the exit before I teacher appeared out of no where. "Where do you two think you're going ?" he questioned, standing right in front of the door. I didn't have time for this. I marched up to him and placed both my hands on his upper arms and lifted him and threw him across the hallway and stormed out. "TYLER!" I heard Luca yell but I ignored him. I don't care if I can get arrested for assault or risk exposing our kind, my sister is more important.

"Tyler! You can't just do that! What the hell were you thinking!" Luca yelled as he ran to catch up to me. I didn't respond I just kept going, my brain started conjuring up all sort of situations that could've happened to Lily. Luca ran ahead of me and stopped in front of me. He faced me and grabbed me by the shoulders firmly. "I know you're worried about your sister but never harm an innocent on my land again. Do you understand me?" He said using his Alpha tone. I nodded. "Sorry" I apologised. "It's okay. Get in my car, we'll get their faster." he said. We made his way to his car and started driving to the pack house.

As soon as the car stopped outside the pack house I was immediately out of the car and at the door. I banged on the door. Mrs Evans answered the door and as soon as she saw it was me a sympathetic look appeared on her face. "Tyler I-" I cut her off. "Where is she!" I yelled. I didn't even know who I was exactly yelling that question to. I picked up on her scent and ran upstairs. Her scent was coming from her room. I bolted for her room door but then was immediately pushed back. It was my uncle Elijah.

"Calm down Tyler." He said in a monotone. Calm down? How can he tell me to calm down when something has happened to Lily. "I need to see her! What happened!" I shouted at him. I've always had the most respect for my uncle. He's the one who protected my mother, lily and me and has taken care of us ever since that day. But he was denying me access to see my sister!

"I'll let you see her after you calm down and know what happened Tyler, I'm not going to tell you again." he stated. I took a deep breath and calmed down. He guided me back downstairs to the living room to explain what happened. When I got down there Luca was sitting on the loveseat, his knee bouncing in anticipation. I couldn't help but feel guilty for being the cause. He also has to worry about the teacher I threw across the hallway. All because of me. He shot up when he noticed me enter the room. He looked as if he was about to say something but decided not to when my uncle walked in.

I sat down on the couch and my uncle sat on the chair across me.

After a minute of silence my uncle spoke. "She was attacked by a witch." A witch? That was odd. Witches aren't the type to attack. The only time they use their magic violently is when they need to defend themselves and I know Lily didn't do anything to hurt the witch or threaten them in any way.

"Why did the witch attack Lily?" Luca asked. Uncle Elijah took in a deep breath then exhaled. He looked at me, "I think Nicolas sent her as a threat." he said. My breath got stuck in my throat and my heart sank to my stomach. Nicolas. Our old Alpha.

"Who's Nicolas?" Luca asked, a hint of Alpha tone in his voice. "The Alpha of our old pack" Uncle Elijah said blankly. He looked deep in thought. I felt Luca's stare burning holes into the side of my head but I couldn't look at him.

It can't be Nicolas. I hope it's not Nicolas.

"Well I'm not entirely sure of that Tyler so don't worry about him okay?" He sent me a sympathetic look. I noticed Luca looking at us in confusion. He doesn't know why we left our old pack and what happened while we were there. Bringing my thoughts back to Lily, I asked my uncle "What did the witch do to Lily?" "She approached Lily asking her where the pack house was located. Lily sensed something off about her and she didn't know who she was so she didn't tell her. Lily started to walk away before she knew it the witch started to make the veins in her head explode and because of Lily's healing ability she healed instantly but the witch seemed to keep doing it in a loop causing Lily to feel so much pain it made her drop to her knees. Then the witch used her magic to throw Lily into a tree then disappeared." The anger in my uncles face was imminent as he spoke. I felt the anger in me awaken as well.

Luca pulled me into a quick "bro" type hug and sympathetically/determinedly said "sorry man, I will send as many men to track down that bitch who attacked your sister." I immediately better and more calm. It was weird.

After he let go of me my mother came down and into the living room. I got up and walked to her and embraced her in a hug. "I'm so glad you weren't hurt as well" She said soothingly. I smiled at her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "She's awake now and she wants to see you" she said with a soft smile. I nodded and headed upstairs.

I entered the room and saw her there in bed, looking weak and drained. "Hey Lilypad" I said. She turned her head to me and a full teethed smile appeared on her face. "Tyler!" she breathed out. I walked over to her and she gave me hug, squeezing me tight. "I'm sorry I wasn't there to protect you" I said softly. I felt tears pricking at my eyes but I blinked them away. The thought of my sister being attacked, defenceless makes me feel so guilty for not being there for her. "Don't say that stupid! You were at school, It was my fault for going out to the woods alone" She said with a small smile. I sighed. "I'm just thankful that you're alive and well" "Me too."

"Come lay down next to me and tell me about your day dumbie" She said excitedly. It always amazed me how she has always been able to stay positive in negative situations. But that's what I loved about her.

I was going to write more but I thought 1394 words was enough! I hope this makes up for the long break I took. I know this chapter was a bit boring but I'll make sure the next chapter is interest and intense and the start of D R A M A.
