Mind is gone, rollercoaster pain,

I feel the knife cut through my vein

To see my red River of shame

Trickle down while spelling my name.

Misery descends from a love

Lost forever, there’s no white dove.

These jumbled thoughts. Nightmare alley.

Flashing lights and devil’s galley.

Burning me in its sordid crypt,

Just let me out you filthy bitch!

Taking over me, holds me fast,

Determined not to let me passed.

Breaking my heart of glass, shatters

A million, but nothing matters.

Shards are falling. Dissolving past.

Black hole calling, escape this fast.

Weakened bones and a deadened soul,

Flames destruction is black as coal.

A heartless case lies damp and cold

Covered in the damp green of mould.

Awaiting he who made her warm,

The lover who came, as a fawn,

Into her life, a ray of hope.

He promised her a golden rope

At last he came, security

He gave me flowers just for me

And settled down by my side

My husband, me his bride.

We lie together in the ground

An adventure just being found.
