Flaren's point of veiw.
I was almost at the store when I got a weird text, wait , I forgot to introduce myself, my name is Flaren, my friends call me flare instead because I get super energetic if i see fire. So , i opened the text, it was from my friend mary she called me because she needed to meet me at the bus stop right away. mary hates to text because she doesn't have small enough fingers to press all of the buttons.
I ran to the bus stop right away, mary was standing there looking worried. "What's up?" I asked. mary looked like she was about to cry, "I can't find jessie!" she whispered. Jessie is Mary's younger sister, she looks after jessie and makes sure she's safe. "We were at the farm and i told her not to go anywhere when i went to the washroom, next thing i knew she was gone. i called kids at the farm and she wasn't at the farm anymore." mary was in tears now. I feel so bad for her. "Lets go find her, she can't be to far from the farm right?" I can't make her feel completely better but i can try. "Thanks flare."
We looked at the farm for jessie but we still looked. " I don't think she's here." mary said. We tried looking at the barn. when we got there it was crowded, we finally got into the area where you can see what's happening. There was a man doing a magic act. "I will now light my hat on fire and watch what it does." he putt a little bit of fire on the hat and it started to vanish. Just then i saw jessie in the barn. "mary look!" i pointed to the barn, she saw and we ran as fast as we could, we were almost at jessie when the barn lit up with flames"jessie!!" mary yelled. without thinking I crawled under the smoke and found jessie, she was lying down, she looked dead but was still breathing, I grabbed her and took her out side, by then the fire fighters had come, so had an ambulance, Jessie and I were took to the hospital, mary came with us except not as a patient. "How are you?" she asked me. "You were amazing at the farm." she said. "Thanks."
Later my parents visited the hospital, but surprise they didn't look to worried, Mary's sure did though.
"Thank you so much for saving jessie." They handed me two fifty dollar bills and went back to jessie. "Mom dad look!" I showed them the two fifty dollar bills."good work." my mom said. mary walked over to us, "Jessie's gonna be fine!" she announced. "That's great!" i said.
later that night mom and dad lead me to the living room and told me the most weird thing ever; "have you ever wondered what's up with you and fire?" dad asked me, "well, no, not really." i said. "the reason your body never gets tired around fire is because you were born with the rest of the fireens." "you mean the characters from my old book?" I wondered. "Yep." mom replied.
