"Let go of my fvcking hand, Casabueno!" She shouted, while trying to get free from his hold. Usually, she could have escaped him by now, but recently, she's been vulnerable around him for a reason she doesn't want to acknowledge.

He doesn't let go, nor does he plan to. Instead, he only grips her hand tighter.

He doesn't speak too. In fact, he hasn't spoken since he dragged her from the canteen. Just imagine the sight they made—Barbs trying to pull away from Cyrus and cursing at him while his expression remained blank.

"Tangina, s'an mo ba 'ko dadalin?!" She asked when she finally realized that trying to escape is pointless.

Still, he didn't answer.

"Aba, puta, sumagot ka!" As if on cue, they arrived at their destination.

From where they stood, you can see the sky turning from sky blue to pink–a sign that the sun will set soon. Both of them stood still, taken aback by the breathtaking sight.

Barbs broke the silence when she snapped out of her trance. "O, ano na? Tutunganga nalang ba tayo? Kinaladkad mo na 'ko dito sa rooftop, now tell me kung ano 'tong trip na 'to!"

Nilingon siya ni Cyrus. "Tuturuan mo 'kong sumayaw."

Barbs gaped at him. Out of all the things she thought Cyrus was gonna say, she never thought he'd say this. "Nagpapatawa ka ba?" She almost laughed.

Cyrus raised an eyebrow at her, proving that he's serious.

"You're shitting me! What makes you think na tuturuan kitang sumayaw? Let alone, that I know anything about dancing?" At this point has she only realized that he was still holding her hand so she gave him a pointed look and directed it to their linked hands. Much to her surprise, he let go this time.

For a moment, she longed for his hand holding hers. But she pushed those thoughts away and erased them. She can't afford to think like that.

"You took ballet lessons. Sinabi mo 'yun sa'kin, di ba?" Cyrus said, a smirk playing on his lips.

Yet, something inside her stirred knowing that Cyrus remembered that.

"Pag nalaman kong pinagkakalat mo 'yan, humanda ka talaga!" She warned him.

"Fine, whatever.

"Aba, gag-"

Cyrus cut off her curse. "So, can you teach me now?"

He didn't even have to ask. Barbara stated her obvious answer. "No. No way. Hindi. Period."

"Why not?"

Barbara rolled her eyes. "Duh, kasi ayoko!

But before she could do that, Cyrus caught her hand and pulled her against him.
