[A/N] Just because I promised! Pagod na pagod ako ngayon. Ang sakit ng ulo ko. It's just that when I eat too much sugar, I get really hyper and then I get sick the day after. Ah, the perks of being a little bit diabetic. So, yeah. I wasn't supposed to but y'all we're looking forward to it. :)

PS. Read my favor from the last chapter. :)

PPS. Comment here AND on my twitter! I want to reply to you guys here but my replies are clouding your comments. :( But I PROMISE that I read all of 'em.

Sabay-sabay tayong kumanta... "Paki sabi na lang na mahal kita..."

PPPS. WHO MISSED NICO JOSH CORTES? HIHIHI (What an ugly laugh I have there)

July 30, 2011 :; Last Saturday

Dear Julian,

I remember you asking me how my mom got the full custody with Dani, Me, Claudia and Leon. What I told you was, my mum and dad talked. Dad went into my house and he left agreeing that mom is a great mother and we should stay with her. But that wasn't the truth. I couldn't tell you I was also going through something. Jill's case wasn't improving and your family was going through a lot. I was your wall. Your bestfriend.

Little did you know, I was also going through something... alone.

Yes, my dad did visit us and he wanted to talk to mom. But the ending was different. They ended up in a full blown argument. And the argument had to be settled inside the courthouse.

You knew nothing  about it.

It was a Saturday morning and everyone was getting ready for a meeting with the family lawyer. Me, Dani, Claudia and Leon were all settling as mom talked to one of the best lawyers of the country. We were all so quiet and nobody knew what to say. Dani was ready but she just sat on her bed fiddling with her phone. Claudia was a bit upset that we had to drag a lawyer in our family problem. And well, Leon. Leon was young. Very young. He didn't understand much. I, on the other hand, didn't know what to feel. I was feeling down but it was okay. But at the back of my mind, there was you. I wonder how much better I would have felt it you were here. Maybe I would have felt better. Maybe not just me. But maybe the whole family.

"You guys? Go down here. Atty. Cortes is waiting for you."

Atty. Nico Josh Corpus-Cortes. An in-demand lawyer who graduated sumacumlaude in Law school. He's fit. Really fit. He had dark bags under his eyes and he clasped his hands together, every now and then. He ran a hand through his hair before standing up and shaking our hands.

"I'm Atty. Cortes but call me Nico." He said with a smile. But I refuse to call him that. It's rude. Hahaha. I know from a website that he had a kid. But he's single. What, he bore a child of his own? I thought. I'll tell you about that later.

"Good Morning." All of us greeted.

"I'll leave you guys here to talk to Atty. Cortes, I'll prepare snacks." Mom exited the frame before any of us could even answer.

"What's gonna happen next?" Leon asked him. Atty. Cortes, smiled at him probably trying to figure out what to say next.

"Your mom wants to have full custody over you, guys. All of you are 10 and above, right?"
