Looking at humanity drives me up the wall,
Day after day we drown in our wrongs,
and then decide to give God a call.
I'm not too religious, or uptight,
but when I think about all of the foolishness in the world, none of it seems right.
We soak in the Music, that is based on Sex, Weed and Adultery,
Claim that it's just a Song,
But Really how influenced by it are we?
I am No saint, I listen to Eminem, The Game, throw in some Lil Wayne,
I am just Woman enough to admit it and let people see I am the same,
Kids dying daily over abuse and wars we started,
Women being raped because men can be cold hearted,
And when we're finally done committing every sin imaginable, we go to a God we hardly think about,
Sad but true and I am guilty of once being that way without a doubt.
But what gets me the most is how people question God and deny him to everyone's face,
But when something Goes wrong and someone is dying they pray and ask for Grace..
They request from a God they don't even believe in.
Don't worry right? Because if you say you're sorry its all good if you're pleading,
You wont have to worry about how Jesus came and Died on that Cross, bleeding.
So before you act think about who you will answer to and who you really believe,
because you can't count on mercy and grace according to the word if you're not dedicated or seasoned.
