I decide to find a tree to sit at for lunch. I really don't need anymore stares today. When I walk by they are all looking at me and whispering. What did I do? What stupid rumor is roaming around now? I sigh while laying my head on the tree.

"Hey," Austin smiles while sitting down next to me.

"I really wanna be alone," I say my eyes closed.

"How about I stay here and keep my mouth shut." He says. I can tell he is smiling right now. "It'll seem like you're all alone."

I don't reply as I try to clear my head.

"You're a quiet person aren't you?" He asks.

"I thought you were going to be quiet," I snap.

"Sorry." He says.

"Just stay away from me," I tell him.

"Why?" He asks furrowing his eyebrows.

"Because I'm no good."

I stand up and start heading back in the school.

Austin's P.O.V

I'm no good? What does she mean by that? I watch as she walks away. I had a huge urge of running up to her, but I know she doesn't want that. I shove my hands in my pockets while walking back into the school. I walk into the lunch room and sit next to my friends.

"Have you seen the new girl?" My friend Kyle smirks.

"Yeah," Jeremy chuckles. "She is smoking."

"She looks like she would be fun in bed," Kyle chuckles.

Just because Kyle and Jeremy talk about girls like a toy, I don't. I'm not a player. I treat girls with respect and I know what they deserve. Kyle and Jeremy are my bestfriends, but they shouldn't be talking about Angel like that. It isn't right.

"Hey Austin," Kyle says snapping me out of my thoughts.

"So you were talking to her today, you plan on making a move?"

"No!" I retort. "But do you guys know why she moved here?"

"I heard that she got kicked out of her last school for damaging property or something." he shrugs.

"I heard that she was caught with drugs at a party," Jeremy butts in.

I nod my head not believing what they just said. The bell rings and everybody starts walking out of the cafeteria. We all head our separate ways since we have all only have 1 class together.

"So you coming over after school?" Kyle asks before turning the other way.

"Yeah," I answer while trying to find Angel. I smile as I find her at her locker taking out some books.

"Hey," I smile while leaning against the locker.

"What." She spats.

"I just came to say hi," I defend myself.

"Well you said your hi," she says.

"You can go now."

I furrow my eyebrows giving up. She isn't worth my time.. but there's something about her. I just don't know what it is.

Angel's P.O.V

I walk to my next class and relax on my desk. Time to figure out how to do this trigonometry homework. -- I walk out of school happy that it's finally over. Not really in a good mood, but who would be after spending a whole day at school?

"Angel!" Someone yells from behind. I turn around to see Austin.

"Hey," I mumble while I keep on walking.
