I woke to find my Mother's head in my doorway, "Time for school chuck." She whispered, I moaned, Pulling off the quilt and getting out of bed. It was 6:00am on a Monday morning, I was starting a new school in year 7. I had everything planned: Fresh clean uniform, My school bag all packed ready, My new pencil case full of new pens, pencils and rubbers, The lot. But somehow I wasn't ready myself.

After having a wash, Brushing my teeth and getting dressed I trudged down stairs and plonked in front of the TV. I only had a small bowl of cornflakes, I couldn't settle, I was so exited! I gave my mum a quick kiss and walked out the door, slinging my bag over my shoulder, I sat in wait for the bus.

I walked to the back of the bus and sat next to my boyfriend, Mark. "Hey Emily" He beamed, "Ready for the most scary school years to come?"

"Oh shut up Mark!" I laughed, Planting a kiss on his cheek. "I hope were in the same class..."

"So do I, I bet we get stuck with that right mean teacher.."

"We will, It's our luck!" I said with a slight smile. Our bus stopped at the next stop and my best friend Ellie hopped on the bus looking flushed. She gave me a wave and sat down at the front. I must say I was a little upset that she didn't sit with me, but I know she's not that keen on Mark so I wouldn't make her sit here, if she didn't want to.. But it would have been nice.

As we pulled up in front of the school gates I gazed up at our fresh new life. It wasn't a big school but it was big enough for someone like me to get lost! I Looked around to find Ellie next to me, I smiled at her and she gave me a hug, She's my best friend and always will be, We've been through school, 2 moves and PLEANTY of fall outs but I'm sure we will be friends forever! We lined up outside of the hall, Our hearts thumping out of chests. We slowly walked in and sat down on our blue dining chairs and listened out for our new classes of the years. I'm in a class with Mark and Ellie! I was so happy, I was told to "shush" about 4 times before I calmed down...

Miss Jones was our new tutor, she's lovely, she really is! I can't wait for all this, New life altogether isn't it? I will get my head down and work my socks off now. I really will. Promise.

"Mark!" I shouted in the dinner hall, He came rushing up to me full to the top with story's about his classes and new friends. I couldn't help but feel a little jealous when he said he became friends with Amy. She's very pretty and smart and all the guys drool over her. I tried to blow past it. "Are we still going to yours after school?" I asked in hope,

"Of course we are baby girl, why would we be?" He added in a very charming way. I couldn't help but smile, he was mine, my Mark and nobody else's.

"Only asking!" I said with a chirp in my voice. Then we walked to the dinner line hand in hand and our belly's rumbling together.

Last lesson was boring. French. That says it all doesn't it? Mr Sampson went on and on about the history of France and how it became France. Don't get me wrong I like learning but not from him thank you, His voice goes on for ages in the same tone and he speaks with his mouth open about 1 centimetre. I was very glad when the bell went for home time, me and mark got on the bus (at the back of course) and jumped off at his house. I've been here before, loads of times but I still feel exited every time we go!

He took me up to his bedroom first, I got changed in the bathroom and left my bags down stairs, He was waiting for me when I came back dressed in my favourite top of his and his blue jeans, He looked so cute. We sat on his bed and gazed at each other for a while. "I love you so much Emily, You mean the world to me and..." Before he could finish I kissed his soft lips and he kissed me back as if he had been waiting for this moment forever. He ran his fingers through my soft hair and I put my hands on his chest. This was perfect. He laid me down on his bed to kiss me next, This all must have been a good ten minutes. Then his mum shouted up to us that tea was ready. I was very disanointed.
