A few months after emma bought me back to Miami i was heart broken I had lost almost everything my girlfriend mia, emma, and my happy life taking care of animals and nursing them back to health emma had been going jax for the longest until they broke up i had never found out why but at the same time I didn't care i didn't want to go back out with emma anymore and I started falling for jax 

Yeah I'm gay now but who could blame me jax is hot and now that him and emma had broken up he was a lot quieter his hair wild and messy his normal outfit being a black t-shirt with black jeans on his head usually lowered I was at my locker watching him today he had on a black tank top and the normal brown school pants he was still rebellious a little and now it seemed like he always got called into mr.Alonso's office 

"Hey daniel" said a voice behind me I turned around to see emma my ex girlfriend standing there with her best friend andI who was also my friend and apart of the sharks our swim team 

"Oh hi emma" I replied ever since she broke up with jax she's been a real bitch even maddie can't stand to be around her 

"So I was wondering... If you wanted to come with me to a movie tonight we can watch an r rated movie" she said putting her hand on my chest she had a peice of cinnamon flavored gum in her mouth and was chewing it obnoxiously I could see she was looking out of the corner of her eye I looked to my left where jax was busy getting his books from his locker he stopped to look at us I blushed softly at his gaze 

"I can't emma I have plans" I replied jax rolled his eyes before walking away towards his next class I sighed 

"I never wanted to go out with you anyway" emma yelled smaking me in the face hard too before walking away with andi right behind her she mouthed the words sorry before returning to Emma's side I bit my lip my face now red and stinging from the slap I gritted my teeth I was about to walk away but then I heard someone call my name  I looked back to see mr. Alonso I sucked my teeth "what'd I do now" I wondered he handed me a peice of paper 

"What's this?" I asked 

"Maybe if you read it you'll know" he replied before walking away "shit what's wrong with the Alonso's lately" I asked myself once he was gone I looked at the paper reading it slowly 

"Why did I need a new schedule" I asked out loud I looked around the hallways were empty besides a few stray peices of paper littering the floor along with some gum and broken pencils "shit Im late" I said I grabbed my science book putting it under my arm and slinging my book bag over my shoulder I quicky ran down the hallway

I sighed class had finally began unfortunately I sat behind emma who kept making stupid comments before turning around and winking at me I rolled my eyes looking down at my notes andi sat right next to her trying to get emma to shut up but failed eventually ms. Amile gave her detention which made her shut up we were learning about plant cells when daniel came running in dropping his books to the floor then bending down to pick them up 

"Sorry I'm late ms. Amile" he yelled obviously saying that louder then he meant to because he blushed covering his mouth 

"Just get in your seat mr. Miller" she said sucking her teeth and covering her face I got out of my seat quickly helping him pick up his scattered books he looked at me and blushed I gathered his books in a neat pile and handed them to him 

"T-thanks jax" he stuttered I smiled and he blushed standing up 

"Where do I sit ms.amile?" He asked in the room there were three empty seats one was next to Gigi who was watching daniel and smiling softly at him another was next to a boy named Carl who was picking his nose and the last one was by diego who was sleeping 

"Sit next to jax" ms. Amile said daniel blushed sitting next to me his books falling on top of my notes and one fell off the table and on my lap I gave him another soft smile handing him his books back 

"I'm sorry" he said his head lowered he quickly grabbed his note book out of his back before placing his bag on the back of his chair I went back to copying my notes from the board when I looked over at him he looked confused so I showed him how to do it when I did our hands touched when I reached for his pencil he blushed and I laughed 

"What the fuck are you two doing" emma asked giving daniel a dirty look daniel rolled his eyes and I continued to teach him out of no where emma grabbed the pencil out of my hand and broke it 

"What's wrong with you" I said a little loudly because ms. Amile stopped her lesson and looked back at us 

"What is going on back there?" She asked everyone turned to look at us 

"I was trying to show daniel how to do this because he was confused and emma broke my pencil" I said taking the broken pencil from her hand and holding it up 

"Emma that's a week of detention and jax detention as well you know how I don't like talking in my class if daniel needed help he could've asked" she said I groaned leaning back in my chair emma snickered giving jax a wink before continueing with her work i put my hand under the table casting a spell to create a new pencil I could see daniel's face he looked worried I looked at him giving him a light smile 

"No need to worry" I said he blushed softly
