Chapter 8

Ray

All the girls shifted their attention from me to Dylan, waiting on a reaction or some type of response. She just gave a dead stare, tears forming in her eyes then falling down her now rosie red cheeks. I knew she was embarrassed, I practically put her out on the spot telling a big secret of hers.

One of the girls, I believe her name was Danielle, turned in her seat a little putting her hand on Dylan's shoulder to comfort her. "Dylan, are you ok? Say something to us. Is this true, did this happen to you?" she asked curiously. Dylan still remained in her frozen state, I was really losing it now. "Dylan say something please! I'm sorry for what I did to you back then. It was a dumb mistake and I wish I could go back and make it right. You didn't deserve what he did to you that night and I should have been there but I wasn't. I already said this a thousand times and ill say it a thousand times more" by now tears were coming down my face like no tomorrow, "I'm so sorry Dly! Please forgive me." I pleaded with her.

Dylan meant the world to me, seeing her again brought back old feelings i had for her back when we were in middle school. I felt so ashamed in myself. Choosing sex over love was something I regret completely. Trey Songz was right when he said Sex Ain't Better Than Love because I'd give anything to get Dylan's love back.

Dylan still wasn't saying anything, I turned towards the others and they all looked like they wanted to express themselves about this situation. "So what do you guys have to say because I know someone has something to say." I said, my voice still cracked from my break down.

Coi wasted no time telling me how she felt. "Well for one I think your a certified bitch ass nigga for doing that to her." We'll damn. I know what I did was wrong but.... damn a bitch ass nigga though?

Jacob scooted away from her, leaning his head on the window "Coi chill. It was a mistake that he made. At least he has and is still owning up for what he did wrong" Coi just cut her eyes at him for a while before she rolled them and continued talking shit about me. "I don't give a damn. He's still a piece of shit for letting that happen. I swear all guys are the same. Blowing off the ones that's been there from the beginning just to get some ass." She scoffed and turned forward with her arms crossed.

Really she was getting way too hype for a situation that had nothing to do with her. That really makes me think she had some deep shit happen to her in her past, or she did some real sneak stuff. "I agree what he did was wrong Coi." Danielle spoke up, "but that doesn't give you the right to call him a piece of shit. I mean he is apologizing and as far as I'm concered this has nothing to do with you sweety. This is between Dylan and Ray."

"I agree with Dani." Jamiya said, "Shit happens and we have to learn from our mistakes. Right Goldie Locks?" she smirked a little. "Ha, ha. Yes Jamiya. Thanks I'm glad you guys see I didn't mean any harm, it was just that I was young and dumb at the time."

It got silent for a while. Dylan was still just sitting there, but it looked like she was thinking something over how she would scrunch up her face at times. I decided to speak up because the silent treatment was killing me. Before I could say anything Craig spoke up "Yo Dylan, you cool? I understand what he did to you was wrong but you got to forgive and move on baby girl"

Finally after a few seconds Dylan sother deeply before speaking. "Your all right. Rayan did me wrong and it ended in ways I don't want to bring up again. " I held my head down in shame as she continued talking. "But Danielle, Jamiya, and Craig are right. This happened between Ray and I, not anyone else in this van. People make stupid, dumbass, life changing mistakes."she paused them gently grabbed my chin to look up at her. I just looked at her with sad puppy eyes. "Do you forgive him!?" Chresanto said a little impatient like this was a cliff hanger to his favorite show about to end. Dylan and I laughed a little.

"I gotta forgive to forget. So yes Ray , I forgive you." She said with a big smile on her face. I pulled her into a hug nearly squeezing the life out of her. "Oh thank you, thank you, thank you!" I repeated over and over, "I promise that would never happen again. I love you so much you just don't understand!"

Her forgiving me at that moment almost made me forget that we were stuck down in this van. But the moment was ruined when Coi continued to bitch. "Are you serious! You just forgive him like that. After he betrayed you and was half the reason you got pregnant!" she yelled pointing her finger at me. What the hell was her problem! This girl had some serious issues she needed to work out.

"Coi get over it. It's not your problem. I'm fine now so chill out with all that shit." Dylan said getting annoyed. Jamiya decided to jump in too, "Why do you care anyway? You all wrapped up in their shit acting all holy like you don't have anything dirty on your plate." Coi looked up at her like she wanted to break down. "What's your secrets, or confession since we're playing this game hmmmm? That your some undercover hoe or something. I'm pretty sure we've all heard your name around the campus and the grimy shit you do. Your no better than Ray."

"You don't know a damn thing about me or what I've been through so shut the hell up!" Coi yelled back at Jamiya.

"Then why are you all up in their problems when you don't know a damn thing about them!" Jamiya screamed back.

"BECAUSE I WAS KIDNAPPED AND FORCED TO BE A SEX SLAVE WHEN I WAS TEN YOU STUPID BITCH!"

We all had shocked faces, our mouths hanging it pure shock from what Coi just told us. Her confession was up and oh boy was it hell.
