Welcome To Elysian



This story has been recovered from an ancient library in Parea when excavated for research, it has been dutifully translated by me into the modern language from the ancient and dead language of  Elysia.
A few words is left in Elysia for the sake of the story and in lack of proper translation words. The most important words preserved are listed beneath.

Names and ages have been preserved to honor the fallen and risen.
We send those souls with honor to the Goddess of Stars; Astra, may they rest easy and shine bright.  



Flyning – a horse species with the ability to conjure wings and fly, native to Parea

Eloif – Exctinct Flyning sub species that had the ability to wield magic, they were famous for being ferociously loyal to their rider. They were also praised for their superiority in war, they were native to Parea.

Aleslupus – a fae with the power to shift into a wolf with wings native from Meraki. They hail from the angel of Love; Unio.

Hayslo - A fae without power except brutal strength and stamina.
They hail from the Angel of war

Ignifyer - ones who control fire

Miterium - one who controls metal

Sygeriia – a fae with the ability to see into the past and future, now a crime to be
and all are executed as they present.

Valky – Fighting style native to Quarencia.

Trugar – The kings royal guard.

Meintha - The Queen's personal advisors and Ladies in waiting. They are percieved as the most powerful female faeries alive. It is build up by five members all with a specific talent. The closest position to the queen is called Virtha.

Virtha - The closest person to the Queen and the most powerful in the Meintha.

Uinta - The King's personal advisors and confidantes. They are in similarities to the Meintha. They are the most powerful inhibitors of Elysian after the Queen and King. The leading advisor in the Uinta is called Into, his job is to keep the King informed and aid him in all questions regarding the Kingdom. 

Into - The closest of the King's advisors, his job is to inform the King of all the worries and questions of the Kingdom of Elysian and advise him all of his choices. 

Mil Alusa – term of endearment literal translation would be 'my royal'
but it's better translated to 'my love'.

Dylvi – term of endearment
similar to that of 'dove'.

Booda - swear word, most similar meaning is fuck or shit.

Ignifyer - ones who control fire

Miterium - one who controls metal



Religion

The people of the old Kingdom of Elysian; the country of the four realms united. Lived and believed in a religion called Astrio, named after the Goddess they worship. Elysian is named after the final destination before returning to the stars from which the hail from. 

Astrio

Astra the goddess of stars ruled over Elysian for thousands of years together with her children Miva Angel of War, Unio Angel of Love, Tilo Angel of Magic and Detio Angel of Life. 

One day Astra saw a new folk had grown and now lived in Elysian, forest folk. She was fascinated by them and her children alike. Her son Detio the Angel of Life approached her and asked for permission to create his own folk, she gave him a part of Elysian; Eunoia to rule over. 

Eunoia became the home to the first human. When the Angel of Love saw the humans, she approached Astra and asked for her own folk, she was given Meraki to rule over, she let her creation of aleslupus live in the mountains and foster the land. 

The Angel of Magic; Tilo, saw Unio's and Detio's creations and wished for his own, he was given Parea to rule, and his folk became known as Fae. He was inspired by Unio's creation and gifted them with his magic to wield. But the other angel Miva became jealous went to create her own folk; Hayslo. They were not contained to just one part of the land but roamed over it all. 

The war of the worlds broke out, it was pure terror and death. Astra was furious over the war that had hurt the forest folk the most, she created powerful barriers around each of the realms to contain the different creatures and prevent war. Because of Eunoia's now loss of inhibators she gave the land to Miva's Hayslo's to roam. 

The Angels of Love, Magic and Life came together to fight their sibling, the fae and aleslupus survived the war but the humans. The humans went extinct. Overcome with grief over the loss of his people Detio blamed all of his siblings creation. He was determined that if his folk had laid down their life for a world of peace that they didn't even get to see the other didn't deserve one.

 So Elysian's inhibitors was controlled by Detio as he erased all the borders that had been created by Astra to keep her siblings folks separated to avoid another war. When he had erased the borders of power in hope of starting another war, his mother had had enough and cursed her children to never be able to rule or influence Elysian more. Her children were crushed, and her son Detio was banished from the stars to live out his immortal life down on Elysian. 

The Angel of Life had now become the Angel of Death when his mother stripped him of his title, she said that he had betrayed the way of life and had chosen the path of death and he had to continue down the road he had started. 

But his biggest punishment was that the folk lived in peace. He was renamed to Lyfe and was now servicing Death and not Life.
