I said I'd never fall in love again
But when I saw you back then,
I knew there was no escape,
I fell for you again, it was no mistake.
I prayed every night for you,
Wondering if there was a chance, if you liked me too.
I told and prayed to God about you,
He was glad I found someone new.
I knew this time, it would last.
This time, it would not be like the others from my past.
"Is he the one for me, God?" I asked
God said "Yes," at last.
