Creamy Garlic Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add in the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
