lounging on the couch, your head nestled comfortably in Sae's lap, feeling the soft fabric of his pants against your cheek. his teal eyes are fixed on you, a slight smile playing on his lips as he strokes your hair gently.

you can't help but pout, feeling a twinge of self-consciousness under his intense gaze. "why are you staring at me so much?" you mumble, your voice muffled against his leg.

Sae's lips curl into a fond smile as he brushes a stray lock of hair away from your face. "can't i admire my favorite person?"

you huff, shifting uncomfortably. "but... what if you realize i'm ugly? and if you squint hard enough, you might see all my flaws."

he raises an eyebrow, amusement evident within his teal eyes. "what? no way. you're beautiful, even when you're being silly like this."

blushing furiously, you felt a flutter in your chest at his words. but the nagging doubts linger. "but what if you're just saying that to make me feel better?" you press, your voice filled with uncertainty.

he sighs softly, his fingers tracing gentle circles on your shoulder. "listen, i stare at you because you're captivating. you're unique, and i love everything about you, flaws and all."

you let out a small sigh, feeling a sense of reassurance. maybe you've been too hard on yourself. "okay, maybe i'll try to believe you." you conceded, offering him a small smile.

Sae smiled back, leaning down to press a soft kiss to your forehead. "good. because i could stare at you forever and never get tired of it."

NOTE. omg a sae itoshi fic from me??? i literally have a rin itoshi fic in my drafts too 😭 i genuinely can't wait to write for sae esp this has been rotting in my drafts for so long. however, my updates prolle won't be that consistent due to the fact i have a ton on-going books 🙏 that aside, i hope u gys enjoy!! 😉😉🫶🫶 RAAAAAAHHH
