It had been a long day for the two heroes, the Scarlet Speedster and the Girl of Steel; working together they defeated the villains known as Livewire and Banshee. Alas the traveler from another universe knew it was time for him to head home for he had his own problems to deal with back home

Supergirl:You really think this is going to work?

It's not that she didn't trust Barry's plan she just seemed a bit skeptical about it, she knew that he was smart there was no doubt about it in her mind

Flash:Well..watching Banshee and Livewire working reminded me of something we did once on my Earth, you and I join forces..literally

Flash:We combined your speed with my speed, if you throw me forward at your fastest then I might just break the dimensional barrier and get back home

Kara smiles amusingly as she puts her hands on her hips with a bit of a smirk on her face and some competition in her eyes

Supergirl:What you mean..like a race?

Barry chuckles a bit as he replies back with the same look as Kara while he shrugs his shoulders deciding to play along

Flash:Yeah I guess..

The two stand side by side as they line up getting ready to race against each other as Kara turns to her newfound superhero friend..her superfriend, in the little time they've gotten to know each other

They've both learned that they shared a lot in common such as their love for food, their heroism, the way they act like total dorks; it made Kara wonder what else could be next..

Supergirl:I'm really going to miss you, Barry Allen..

Barry turns and faces Kara with a heartfelt smile and for a moment they lock eyes, green staring into right back into blue. The speedster and kryptonian, a duo that worked so incredibly well together and connected in ways not many others could do in a short time as Barry replies back

Flash:I'm going to miss you too Kara Danvers or Kara Zor-El, which is your alien name because you're alien which I think is very cool..

Barry could feel a strong connection towards her and some part of him enjoyed it but unfortunately he didn't want to intrude in her love life after all he had to get back home; he had a woman that he loved back home

Flash:And I think James Olsen thinks so too..

Kara nervously stutters and laughs at Barry's sudden comment as a small blush spreads throughout her face

Supergirl:W-what makes you say that?

Barry chuckles again seeing her expression and gives his own advice on the matter that Kara is facing

Flash:You remember before when I told you to take things slow? It's good advice for a superhero. But it's lousy advice for two people who really like each other..maybe its time to speed things up

Kara crossed arms and rocked herself back and forth a bit, she hadn't really thought about James that much ever since Barry arrived but listening to his advice..maybe he was right

Supergirl:Maybe..

Kara held out her hands out as Barry leaned in and hugged the loveable person that was Kara Danvers
