Kim waited for a good couple minutes but he
didn't respond. Kim cocked a eyebrow. he should've responded by now... oh well. maybe he's busy!
30 minutes
1 hour
a hour and a half
2 hours.
Kim started to worry. She didnt eat for 5 straight hours. She waited for him to reply.
Nothing.
"Mom.. what if he doesn't love me anymore..?" Kim met eye contact with her mother.
her mother shrugged "i dont know honey.. im sure he loves you a lot.. just give him time to reply."
Kims worry turned into anger "He not got to be THAT busy to NOT text his girlfriend back."
Kims mother turned to her and furrowed her eyebrows "Honey. Calm down, stop overthinking, and stop the attitude. that is no way to talk to your mother."
Kim furrowed her eyebrows back at her and slammed her dinner plate on the kitchen table as it made a loud noise and she stormed off to her bedroom, tears streaming down her cheeks.
She was going to get to the bottom of this. Whether she liked it or not.
