Y/n pov :

I enter the police station looking serious. I know what will happen. I look at the officer waiting for him to speak.

Officer : tommorw school starts, you know what this means ?

Y/n : yes sir. I have to go to the school called ' nevermore ' and find out who this monster is.

Officer : your still so young , I'm sorry you have to do this..

Y/n : it was my choice.

Officer : I know , I know but your-... never mind

Since my parents was killed when I was a new born , I lived with the police, them praying for someone to take care of me because he couldn't really as he was mainly only working When I was older they have me two choices. Of corse I chose the second one. My hate for the monsters is bigger than it seems. I hate to see them live a normal life when others suffer because of them. If I have to die trying than that's okay. Better than being a coward and act like I don't care what will happen. So I have to pretend that I am one of them and spy on there every move.

Officer : a sheriff that live in the city will take care of you. Don't worry about Where you will stay, nevermore has rooms for students.but there is a big chance you might have to share with someone .

Y/n : can't you just some how make them put me in a room alone , i can't stand them being in the same building , I don't even wanna talk about being in the same room.

Officer : no one from that school knows about our plan, not even the headmistress. It will be suspicion

Officer : oh y/n , he is the sheriff that will take you there

Sheriff : good to meet you kiddo

Officer : well have fun y/n you will report to me each week about what is happening there. Write it on paper

Y/n : I understand.

After this I get into the sheriffs car and we leave.
Later we get to his house and as I go to school the next day he let me stay over, there was another boy in the house witch I took was his kid?

Sheriff : oh , this is my kid Tyler I forgot to mention it in the car on the way here.

Tyler : dad , what's happening ?

Sheriff : don't worry , he is y/n and he is only staying for tonight because he will go to nevermore. He didn't have anywhere to night so I said he can stay here

Tyler : but why you ?

Sheriff : his parents are a really good friend of mine

Tyler : you could of told me first

Sheriff : I didn't have time

Tyler : you never have time for me it's always other people

Sherif : enough , don't start a fight when we have a guest , I have something to do I'll be back

As he left I was just standing there. I didnt expect this to happen

Tyler : hey , sorry for the way I acted I don't want you to think I have a problem with you

Tyler : I'm sure you have had a fight like this with your dad, we all have been there with are dads

Y/n : yeah ...

Sheriff : ok I am back , y/n. Let me show you your room follow me

Layer staying in the room the sherif said I could sleep in for the night , when suddenly I hear a strange sounds. It was probably Tyler I didnr care because I'm sure he was is just being rebellious and it wasn't my problem to interfere

The next day I woke up early In the morning and I get ready.I get into the sheriffs car but now that I know he has a child I can't help but feel guilty when he is with me and not with Tyler

Sheriff : I took responsibility for you , he is big enough to do things on his own , and I just get you there , I won't even let Tyler see me

Y/n : isn't things going to be suspicious ?

Sherif : here we are , take your bags and go I'm in a rush

After , I get out of the car and the car leaves , many and different monsters actually g like normal highschoolers and parents. But they are nothing like that. The fact that I will need to even be freinds with them makes me feel like throwing up they already started to talk between them and I am watching. Should I talk to them to ? Maybe when there parents are not here. I mind my own business until I hear a happy voice approaching me it was a girl with blonde hair and dressed up like she lives in a rainbow.

After some time , I finally get to my room , I found out I will have a roommate and this will be harder for me not only that I have to stay with one of the Suspects but I can't do my work alone. I just hope that he doesn't say to much in the room , the guy who I'm staying with has brown hair and glasses

Eugene: hi I'm eygene , you roommate I hope it dosent bother you staying with me

Y/n : I'm y/n and of corse not I love the idea of a roommate , we will be great freinds

I say everything with a innocent smile but I will be serious I have to spy the entire school all by myself and I can't be caught. I can't care right now. About my past, I need to focus on what is happening now and stay a new life.
