He's been on his own for a long time. He's the oldest, and strongest of all the Dragons. It is said that he was the first male Dragon to ever been born from the ashes of a volcano, and that he, and his spawn were the cause of the death of the dinosaurs, and that they fed upon the ashes of their destruction. It is also said that they can hibernate for centuries at a time without having to feed. But those are just stories, right?
