I've been trying to write my life away for years. Express my thoughts and feelings through words. I've experienced pain and joy. Sunshine and rainy days. I have tried to come up with something. Something new and perfect. But there was always something missing. From a piece that didn't rhyme to a lack of motivation, nothing was good enough. The story of my life was just... average. Nothing too special. Then along came the girl. The girl that was made in the very image of Aphrodite. The girl whos shy eyes could tell her horrible story. The girl that happens to be the love of my life. That's when it hit me. You see there's an old saying that simply reads, "So how does it happen, great love? Nobody knows... but what I can tell you is that it happens in the blink of an eye. One moment you're enjoying your life, and the next you're wondering how you ever lived without them." That's when it all made sense, the missing piece. I cannot believe I ever tried to write my story, without including her.
