Forever and Always: Chapter 1

"Victoria! Your ride is waiting! Get your butt down here!."

I quickly brushed through my long brown hair putting it in a messy bun. While I was at it I put on some lip gloss. I was never one for makeup.

Downstairs my mom was packing my little brother and sister their sack lunches. She gave me a look when I tried to sneak a piece of toast from the counter.

I heard a loud honk from outside." That's your ride I presume. Have fun at school my darling Victoria!" my mom yelled out the door and before I could say anything back the door was already shut.

My best friend Danica always picked me up from my house to go to school because even though I was sixteen my parents still hadn't got me a car.

"So, Vic there's a party tonight at Jenna's wanna come with me.?" I sighed and looked out the window before replying."I don't know Dani I'm probably going to have loads of homework." Danica laughed." We always have loads of homework. You just gotta live a little you know.?""I'll think about it."

At school I went to my locker and saw my other good friend Kara standing by it. " Hey, Kara what's up.?" She looked sort of excited and happy at the same time." Did you hear the news? There's a new boy coming today! His name is Ky Calder."

I put on a fake smile for her. I really didn't care if there was a new boy or not but if Kara was happy then I was "happy" too.

After I got my books for my first class Kara and I walked together but right before I got to class a boy stopped me."Sorry to bother you but do you know the way to the Biology classroom.?"" Yeah, we're headed that way you can walk with us." The boy smiled and said "Thank you! My name is Ky Calder by the way."
