Hello, reader! Thanks for deciding to pick up Hexed. I really appreciate your support, attention, and feedback.
Hexed is a wonderfully witchy little novella, a little something that I came up with at some point during the middle of the pandemic. I first came up with a rough idea of it during planning for the 2021 Open Novella Contest (when I wrote the first chapter), but wasn't able to smooth out the idea in time to submit it to the contest. Instead, I've been writing it throughout the later part of 2021 and the beginning of 2022.
This novella focuses on a couple of the things I love to write about: magic and queer romance. It features friendships, family, and feminism. (Impressed by my alliteration? I sure am). Above all, it shows that building relationships between people is incredibly important, especially during times of grief and loss.
** Some trigger warnings include descriptions of violence, blood, and death. This is especially true in later chapters. **
