Paul Panaikas has been serving as a Resilience Coordinator at Joint Force Headquarters since 2010. He develops and supports planning of Master Resilience Training (MRT) and conducts a variety of Resilience Trainer Assistant Courses ensuring that every kind of allocation is filled and properly maintained. Paul is a graduate in Business Management from Fisher College, Boston, and is presently, pursuing his Masters from Liberty University. Prior to receiving his Bachelor's degree, he completed X-ray specialist diploma from the Academy of Health Sciences, San Antonio in July 1994. After that he went to Fisher College, Boston to receive the Associates Science Degree in December 1997. In October, 2007, Paul completed diploma in Human Resources from Army Education Center based in Ft. Jackson, SC. He has also pursued a diploma as a Master Resilience Trainer from U Penn/ Army Education Center, Ft. Jackson in October 2010. 

Paul Panaikas is an extremely ambitious, trustworthy, and loyal Resilience Coordinator who is dedicated to exceeding the expectations of the organizations he is working with. He has served the National Guard organization at various designations, which include:

1. Human Resources/ X-ray Specialist from February 1993 to December 2007
2. Human Resource NCO/ State Security Clearance Manager from December 2007 to June 2010
3. Deputy State Surgeon NCOIC for 1 year
4. Unit Prevention Leader from October 2008 till present
5. ODTA from October 2010 till present
6. Master Resilience Trainer from October 2010 till present
7. Joint Plans and Operations NCO from October 2010 till present
8. Suicide Prevention NCO from August 2012 till present
9. Resilience Coordinator from August 2010 till present

While working at these designations, Paul Panaikas proficiently handles a plethora of responsibilities. He trains soldiers' resiliency skills for the post deployment as well as pre deployment; supervises and leads subordinates, and ensures that units and soldiers receive essential resiliency training and briefings.
